Refund policy

1. Nature of the Products.
Beauty Makery, sells digital products consisting of downloadable recipe collections, guides, and related materials (the "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically and made available for immediate access and download once your purchase is complete.

2. All Sales Are Final.
Because our Products are digital and cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued after the Product has been delivered, except where stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.

3. Consent to Immediate Access.
By placing your order and downloading or accessing the Product, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply is waived once the download begins. You confirm you understand that any applicable "cooling-off" period is lost as soon as access to the Product starts.

4. Your Statutory Rights.
Nothing in this Policy limits or removes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country that cannot lawfully be waived. Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded, this Policy is to be read subject to them.

5. Technical Issues.
If a technical problem prevents you from downloading or accessing your Product (for example, a broken or non-working download link), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@beautymakery.com. We'll make every reasonable effort to fix the issue and ensure you receive the Product you paid for. Trouble accessing a Product is resolved by giving you access — not by issuing a refund.

6. Discretionary Exceptions.
In exceptional cases, and entirely at our own discretion, we may choose to offer a refund or store credit. Any such exception is decided case by case, does not waive this Policy, and creates no obligation to grant similar requests in the future.

7. Chargebacks.
If you have any concern about your purchase, please contact us first at info@beautymakery.com so we can help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may be treated as a breach of these terms.
